What? You Missed the First Three Classes?
Did you miss Mrs. Morecraft’s first three classes? Playing hooky perhaps? Or maybe you were climbing Everest, exploring the Amazon, or some other reasonable explanation for being the only one in your community to have missed the earth-shaking announcement that Mrs. Morecraft’s School of Elocution and Composition for Young Ladies has come to town. But never fear — your solution is clear!
Do you know the difference between a metaphor and a simile? Are you able to avoid common mistakes in grammar and composition? Have you ever learned to properly express your emotions and feelings in a way that elevates your listeners and honors God?
This intimate, 7-week course is designed to equip ladies to speak with grace, write with precision, and express themselves with nobility as women of God. As a practiced word-crafter and poetess extraordinaire, Mrs. Rebecca Morecraft will give ladies the wherewithal to master these ideas — to write with verve, to speak with passion and persuasion, and much more!
Everyone who registers will receive free access to the recording of the previous weeks classes, and will of course be able to attend all four remaining classes live. The registration fee is only $49 per family, and includes full access to the live weekly online classes at 8-9 p.m. (EDT) on Thursdays, from now through November 4 (excluding October 28). And, for anyone who is unable to attend a live session, or who wants to go back and re-listen to a class, every class will be made available as an audio archive online for all registered students and their families. So, even if some or all of your Thursday evenings are already filled these next several weeks, you can still enjoy each class at your convenience!
Mrs. Morecraft’s writing school is recommended for ages 12 and up, and whole families are welcome to participate.
If you have not yet signed up for Mrs. Rebecca Morecraft’s School of Elocution & Composition for Young Ladies, I encourage you to do so now.
